Dr. Leech achieved his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in May 2003. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in May of 2010.

Dr. Leech is married with three children ages 3, 7, and 9, who keep him and his wife busy!
He enjoys running, exercising, hunting, and fishing.
“I think we all become dentists because we want to help people. That includes myself. But the coolest part about helping folks with dentistry is the way you get to do it. You use your hands. It’s very rewarding to have the ability to use your hands to get someone out of pain, increase their self-esteem, or help them overcome a fear that they might have had since childhood. It can be challenging at times but I think that only increases the reward.
Dentistry also allows you to get to know folks more so than you would in other careers. You see the same people every six months. You see them have children and grandchildren, you see them graduate high school and college, get married, and buy houses. You get to see and hear about all of this. It's almost impossible to not develop relationships with your patients. I have patients that I can't wait to see because I want to know how the first semester of college went or how their new job is going. These are the reasons I love dentistry.” – Dr. Leech
Jessica is a native of Murfreesboro and graduated from Oakland High School in 2000. She attended Tennessee Technological University for a few years before being accepted into the Doctorate of Pharmacy Program at the University Of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. After completing pharmacy school, she was accepted into a residency program at the Veterans Affair Medical Center in Memphis. While in Memphis, she married Dr. Leech. After Dr. Leech completed dental school, they returned to Murfreesboro where they are raising their 3 children.
Maria was born and raised in Murfreesboro. She joined our team in February of 2013 and is very excited to be able to work with such an amazing team. Maria enjoys meeting and interacting with patients every day and getting to know everyone that comes through the door. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, James, their dog, Todd, and family. She also loves being outdoors and traveling to the beach.
Kamaryn was born in Murfreesboro and raised in the Grundy County area. She graduated from Grundy County High School in 2009 where she was active in the student body and on the varsity basketball team all 4 years. After graduating from Tennessee Tech University, she received her AAS from the Dental Hygiene Program at Chattanooga State Community College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, and traveling! She is a dog mom to a husky mix puppy named Laika. Kamaryn joined our team in February of 2017.She considers herself extremely blessed to be part of a team that strives to make individuals smile. Her goals are to make everyone that enters our office feel comfortable and to provide them with the best dental hygiene possible!
Rachel is originally from Columbus, Ohio and now resides in Murfreesboro with her husband, Stephen, and their two daughters, Makayla and Raven. After graduating from the Dental Assisting Program at Tennessee Technology Center in Murfreesboro, TN in 2012, she joined our office in November of 2013. Rachel’s passion for dentistry comes from the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. When not working Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
Morgan was born and raised in Temperance, Michigan. She moved to Murfreesboro in 2014 and attended Blackman High School. At Blackman, she was a part of the 5 time national champion Co-Ed cheer team. After graduating, she began college at Motlow State. After graduating from Motlow, Morgan plans on enrolling at MTSU to continue her education. She joined our team in August of 2017 and is very excited to work with so many wonderful people. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and spending as much time with her friends, family, and dog, Macy, as possible.
